Well another week has passed. I’ve almost been out here in the field for a month! Things are going great! We had one huge blowout snowstorm and then spring! its nuts the weather out here! Apparently its a bad sign that its heating up this fast though. they say that it indicates a bunch of fun storm systems in the next couple months referenced as tornadoes!!!! 🙂 fun stuff right?!! Anyway most of the things that went on were visiting less actives and members to build relationships and trust with them so not much in the way of teaching. We get fed about three times a week regularly but otherwise I have since learned how to make the perfect pot of mac and cheese and a fantastic pb&j sandwich. I have been steadily gaining weight but I think that is more from regular exercise than eating too much haha. Um not much more than that as far as news goes… except that I would love some written letters! Emails are awesome too but only once a week hearing from y’all gets kinda long. Plus my companion has shown that there is nothing a missionary loves more after a hard day than looking in the box and finding a letter. I have yet to feel that joy and would very much like to hahaha. (is the guilt trip working?) I just want to hear from all y’all about life love and happiness! Spiritual thought time! This week we have been hearing a lot about differences in word choices. Looking and seeing. Receiving and getting. There are tons more like this and I was wondering what is the difference? The answer came to me just this morning during comp study. The difference is in action. We can look at something needing to be done or we can see it and get it done. we can get a impression or we can receive it and act on it. That is where our blessings will flow. The actions that we take and the choices that we make are what will tip the scales and give us the mark of Christ on our foreheads. Love y’all look forward to your letters being sent to 828 W. Forest Dr. Mustang Ok. 73064! God Bless and Don’t forget green tomorrow!
